I love the detail of the face, very effective use of shading. Some of the highlights around the armour could be a bit sharper, same with the flesh on the chest piece. The smoke needs to be thicker around the gun barrel and the smoke stacks, closer to the source, so it looks like it has emanated from there.

The intestines would look brilliant with slime effects and sharp highlights, to make them look wetter. Dust kicking up near the plague marine's feet would help tie it into the environment. You could also add slime to the sword. The black sludge dripping from the armour could have highlights, not sharp white but various shades of greens and browns.
